Dr. Bipin Adhikari is the principal of Nepal Consulting Lawyers Inc. He is a law graduate of Tribhuvan University and earned his doctorate in Constitutional Law from the University of Delhi. He was also a visiting fellow at Lancaster University in the United Kingdom.
His work spans constitutional law, human rights, legal reform and institution building. His career has included assignments with national and international agencies, including the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), the UN Development Programme (UNDP), and UN peacekeeping missions in Liberia and Timor-Leste.
His interviews and articles on constitutional affairs have appeared in The Kathmandu Post, Kantipur and Spotlight newsmagazine.
