Umesh Gautam is a Business Studies graduate of Tribhuvan University and a researcher with the firm. His work includes constitutional research and documentation.
He previously served for two years as Programme Officer for the Economic Law and Subnational Governance Programme at Kathmandu University School of Law. Before January 2014, he worked as a paralegal with Dr. Bipin Adhikari.
He assisted with research for Model Constitution of Nepal (2009), Nepal: Design Options for the New Constitution, and work on the Khas people. He has edited newsletters for Nepal Constitution Foundation and Kathmandu University School of Law, and worked as a programme assistant for CONCOE and Nepal Constitution Foundation until December 2013.
