I am pleased to have brought out the revised booklet “List of Multilateral
Treaties to which Nepal is a Party and a Signatory”. I am confident that
this publication would be very useful to be informed and updated about the
multilateral treaties to which Nepal is a party and a signatory in the context
of treaties being very important source of international law. I would like
to proudly express full commitment of Nepal to “Pacta Sunt survanda”, the
fundamental principle of treaty.
I appreciate the efforts of the officers of the Ministry to bring out this revised
publication.
