Preamble: Whereas, it is expedient to amend and consolidate forthwith the prevailing legislation relating to function, duty and power of Judicial Council to
provide recommendation and counseling in the matter of appointment, transfer, disciplinary action, termination and other issues relating to judicial administration, Now, therefore, be it enacted by Legislature-Parliament in accordance with SubArticle (1) of Article 296 of Constitution of Nepal.
